This upscale, bistro-style restaurant dining experience is owned, managed and operated by four long-time friends, Vikram and Rahul Bhambri, and Sameer and Mohit Madan, who also happen to be two sets of brothers, and have ventured into the restaurant business. 

Done in hues of rustic bronze, Möbius offers patrons the flavours of Europe, while the beverage menu has also been carefully crafted by Magandeep Singh, India’s first French-certified sommelier.

The food menu revolves around age-old combinations and a personalised customisation by Chef Mayank Tiwari. It showcases the finest quality meats in classic cuts, in addition to chicken and seafood. Some of the restaurant’s signature dishes are the Chevre & Green Apple Roulade, Grilled Artichoke and Roast Pumpkin Construct; Pan Seared Duck Breast with curried orange cream and hazelnut mash; Crisp Skin Sea Bass, Green Beans with Wasabi and pink peppercorn velouté.

An interactive kitchen along with a menu rotation is the highlight of this place. The bar is home to single malt whiskeys like Glenlivet, Dewers and Glenmorangie, absinthes like Xanta Absenta and other spirits like Yeni Raki among others.
