Italian cuisine mostly focusses on fresh ingredients, lively flavours and healthy products such as olive oil, fresh cheeses etc. Nevertheless obviously everyone loves pizza and pasta, the most common exports of the Italian cuisine.
My favorite comfort food is
Fresh sandwich with some good cheese.
My signature dish is
Ravioli Mozzarella and Chicken Diavola.
I did not consider Paneer on Pizzas an utter travesty because
Paneer isn’t a strong cheese and comparable to pressed ricotta. As just Paneer on Pizza, I find it cool; mixing with tikka or masala on pizza would make it fusion food.But everyone has the right to taste and flavour, so I guess I am flexible on that.
