Best of Bar & Kitchen: Chef Mukherjee, who specializes in Pan Asian cuisine, has designed the menu that consists of dishes like hanoi toi tom (Hanoi garlic prawns), putonghua ji (spicy chicken tossed with peanuts), great wall tiger prawns (tiger prawns cooked with chef’s special oyster sauce), moo goo gai pan (sliced chicken and mushroom cooked in oyster chilly sauce) and more. Each meal is kick started with a cup of fragrant Jasmine tea that is followed by a basket of crunchy prawn crackers that gets the appetite growling.
We Recommend: Jiaoyan dougan (wok tossed black pepper tofu with scallions) and kluay kaek (crispy fried banana with chocolate dip and coconut jaggery ice cream).
