Best Of Bar & Kitchen:
As the flagship of the new Shangri La Hotel, the restaurant offers a mélange of international delicacies and features an impressive buffet spread. The salads and the desserts at Shangri-La are particularly well crafted, specifically the tuna panzanella and the grilled Cajun chicken salad. Other gourmet offerings include a range of thin-crust pizzas, an oriental selection and well-seared tenderloins served with a choice of sauces. The bartenders here make a particularly fine Black Russian, but we suggest the mango chilli Caipirinha for the more adventurous soul.
As far as desserts go, Seven’s blueberry brulee is without a doubt the best we’ve had in Mumbai – irresistibly creamy with slightly tangy bits of blueberry smothered in mascarpone.
