Spice Kitchen is an all day dining, multi cuisine restaurant which offers buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner besides an a la carte menu. Spices form the theme of the restaurant and are displayed prominently in transperant glass jars that adorn the walls. This 247-cover (includes al fresco seating) restaurant has used a lot of glass windows, which allows for sufficient natural lighting inside. The earthy tones reflected in the fabrics and in the use of oak, walnut and teak wood furniture compliment the overall decor.
The à la carte menu consists of kebabs, sandwiches and the signature Marriott Burger. The breakfast buffet spread includes fresh juices, cold cuts, grills, waffles, Indian breakfast preparations and more while the lunch and dinner buffet features an interactive salad counter, a variety of preparations from Indian to Oriental and Continental cuisines, as well as an entire section featuring the award-winning pastry chef’s wide selection of desserts. The buffet also consists of a live station for wood-fired pizzas and shawarmas.
Tariwala Gosht , Subz ki Handi, Nasi Goreng and the Thai Green Curry are some of the must-try items from the kitchens. Spice Kitchen also offers hot and cold beverages and a vast option of beers and wines. It’s famous for its wide range of cocktails like Summer Breeze, Orange Prijoska and more. Gilafi Seekh Kebab, Bhrawan Paneer Tikka are a few appetisers that go very well with Kingfisher Premium.
