Spread over an area of 4000-sq-ft between two floors, The Stage @ Manajsa was started in February 2011, by entrepreneurs Mary Singh, Anup Singh and Ajit Singh. This intimate multi-cuisine restaurant and bar seats around 45, but a packed house sees as many as 250-300 people
The first floor includes an outlandish cocktail bar that has a collection of spirits from all over the world, ranging from the finest of the malts and scotches to imported and local beers. Popular cocktails here are the ‘Apple & Cinnamon Martini’, ‘Watermelon Splash’, ‘Ice Blueberry Martini’ and ‘Whisky Sour’. The main crowd–pullers are the happy hours on cocktail pitchers. The elaborate stage on the first floor is well equipped with a live acoustic set-up for budding and established musicians.
The second floor is uniquely designed and is home to an open kitchen, a wine cellar and a DJ console. Both floors have lit LED panels showcasing some of the best musicians of the world. The music played here is an amazing blend of retro and rock ‘n’ roll. The multicuisine menu has something for everyone. From the world of pastas, one can enjoy an assortment of pastas and risottos, Cottage Cheese Steak Pepperonita, Greek Vegetables and Chicken Florentine. From Indian kitchen, one can try the Mixed Vegetables, Paneer Butter Masala and Kadai Paneer to name a few. End the meal on a sweet note with various desserts offered here like the classic Apple Crumble, Baked Ricotta Cheesecake and the Chocolate Volcano among others.
Recommended dishes include the New Zealand Lamb Chops, The Classic Chicken Steak and Chicken Tenders. Deserts like the Day & Night Mousse and The Orange Panna Cotta are a must-try.
