HTC Sensation has hit the Indian market, retailing at `32,700, and the launches of HTC Salsa smartphone and HTC Flyer tablet are also imminent.
The dual core Sensation, which is based on the Gingerbread platform, is HTC’s first phone to feature Qualcomm’s 1.2 GHz processor and the Sense 3.0 user interface. It has a 4.3-inch touchscreen and an eight megapixel camera with auto focus.
HTC Chacha, which was due to launch in India at the time of writing, is known for its Facebook button, which makes uploading, updating, sharing and checking in faster. It is expected to cost around `15,500, while the seven-inch Android tablet Flyer is expected to cost around `37,500.
