The National Culinary Congress aims to be a space where renowned Chefs from across the country interact with leading professionals in the F&B industry. The 5th National Culinary Congress was as inspiring to aspiring young chefs as it was to professional chefs who have already marked their arrival in the culinary world. The three-day conference also included the presentation of the IFCA awards.
The “IFCA Smart Chef Award 2012” is conferred upon young chefs in appreciation of extraordinary professional competence and achieving outstanding accomplishments in the culinary field. Out of the five well deserving chefs to be recognised and awarded, was Chef Rajesh Radhakrishnan of The Park, Chennai.
