The Leela Mumbai has appointed Chef Danny Huang as Chinese Chef at The Great Wall Chinese restaurant.
Chef Huang has over 11 years of experience with five-star hotels and restaurants in Singapore, Brunei and also New Delhi. His specialities are Fried Spinach Tofu with Spicy Braised Mushrooms, Steamed Fillet of Chilean Cod with homemade Chilli and traditional Clay Pot Chicken Rice with preserved meats.
