Viva, the all-day diner has a traditional Dastarkhwan spread during Iftar (the meal eaten after sunset) and Suhoor (the meal eaten before dawn) featuring a lavish buffet consisting of traditional Emirati and Arabic foods with dedicated counters for Haleem, Shawarma, fruit juices.

On the extensive iftar menu, which opens with a selection of five varieties of dates, Sous Chef Vasu Reddy works his magic with the Paya Shorba with Sheermal for starters. Do try the Pathar Ka Gosht, Bhuna Paya and Seafood Garlay. A meal during Ramadan would be incomplete without the famous Hyderabadi haleem. The 3G (gosht, gehun & ghee) combination of this much-loved local delicacy is a must-try.

Viva saves the best for the last with its dessert spread. The Baklava (sweet pastry of phyllo sheets filled with nuts and honey), Basbusa (sweet cake cooked with semolina and coconut) and Kanafeh (an Arabic cheese pastry with vermicelli) are well worth the wait.

Guests can also celebrate Ramadan with private Iftar parties at The Grill, an alfresco dining area by the poolside. While a pre-set menu with an array of Emirati and Arabic cuisine is already on offer, guests can also customise their menus to please their palates.
