Federico Pucci is Sous Chef, Le Cirque, The Leela Palace New Delhi

Federico Pucci has been appointed as the Sous Chef at Le Cirque, The Leela Palace New Delhi. He brings with him an international experience of six years. Born in Prato, a small town in Tuscany, Chef Federico has been a culinary connoisseur for years. Before Joining Le Cirque New Delhi he was working with the 3 Michelin Star, Chef Massimiliano Alajmo at Le Calandre Padua, Italy.

Chef Federico’s journey into the gastronomic world began when he joined Aoristo’ restaurant in Pistoia. His passion for cuisine took him to several renowned Italian restaurants like Baccarossa (Florence), Restaurant 500 in Florence, Novecento restaurant with the Michelin Star Chef Matteo Vigotti, La Taverna Del Capitano with another Michelin Star Chef Alfonso Caputo in Naples. His zeal and desire to broaden his horizons brought him to Le Cirque New Delhi in India.
