Hilton Mumbai International Airport Reopens Flames Restaurant

 Hilton Mumbai International Airport recently announced the reopening of its popular seasonal restaurant, Flames. Located at the poolside, the restaurant offers the best of al fresco dining and an extensive menu of innovative Indian preparations like Chapli Kebab, lamb mince kebabs flavoured with dried pomegranate, and Malmali Vegetable Galouti Kebab, made with yam, plantain and pumpkin spiced with black cardamom. Desserts include delicious creations like Barwan Gulab Jamun filled with Dark Chocolate, Jalebi sticks with Chocolate Rabdi, and Butter Milk and Star Anise Panna Cotta with Grand Marnier Chantilly. The restaurant is open every day for dinner, from 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm.
