Kedar Bobde has been appointed at Executive Chef Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre. Prior to this, he was associated with The Grand Hyatt, Mumbai as Executive Sous Chef and re-launched their 55 East multi cuisine restaurant and café and also was a part of the opening team of Grand Hyatt, Goa.
