With over 31 years of culinary experience with The Oberoi Hotel, QBA Restaurant, and Park Land Hotel to name a few; Chef Rabindra Kumar Pallai comes with the knowledge of operations, customer relationship management and team management in the hospitality industry.
Chef Rabindra’s passion for good food will ensure a fresh approach to the Laurent & Benon Corporate Inn’s restaurant namely, Martin Brown’s, multi-cuisine, restro-bar outlets, synonymous with a sophisticated dining experience for those seeking to explore beyond the ordinary and discover the full potential of world cuisine and fine dining. In his current role, Chef Rabindra will be responsible for managing the overall kitchen operations at the restaurant including food conceptualization, preparation, presentation and promotions. Prior to helming the team at Corporate Inn Gurgaon, Chef Rabindra Kumar worked as an Executive Chef at various renowned hotels and restaurants.
