New Pastry Chef in Hilton Nehru Place

Chef Sanjay Kumar from One & Only Royal Mirage, Dubai has joined Hilton New Delhi Nehru Palace as the Executive Pastry Chef. After working in Dubai for 18 outlets at the beach resort he is all set to enamour the guests with sweet treats at Eros Hotel – Managed by Hilton in Nehru Place. Chef Sanjay was also associated with other renowned hotels in India like Imperial where he learned the skills and craftsmanship involved in pastry and bakery under the guidance of renowned chefs. Chef Sanjay Kumar is a master in chocolate work, wedding cakes and other bakery arts.
