Rahul Dhavale is the new executive Sous Chef at the Westin Mumbai Garden City. Dhavale has to his credit nine years of experience in the hospitality industry. Before Dhavale joined Westin Mumbai Garden City he has worked as the Executive Chef at Kookie Jar Foods Private Limited, Steakhouse Chef at Carnival Cruise Lines, Miami and Sous Chef at The Oberoi. Dhavale has comleted IHM and PG Diploma in Kitchen Management from Oberoi Center for Learning and Development.
