Rajat Singh Rawat Appointed Food & Beverage Manager of The Lalit Ashok, Bangalore

The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group recently appointed Rajat Singh Rawat as the new food and beverage (F&B) manager of its Bangalore property- The Lalit Ashok.

With over 13 years of experience under his belt, Rawat has served in a range of management positions in five-star properties like Oberoi Hotels, Grand Hyatt, Leela Kempenski, Fortune Hotels by ITC and Royal Orchid Hotels to name a few.

In his new role, Rawat would look into all facets of food and beverage operations of The Lalit Ashok. His key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customers satisfaction through providing highest quality of food and beverages combined with innovative dining concepts at all three restaurants- 24/7, OKO and Baluchi, a lounge- Sutra and The Pastry Shop, engaging with all team members in the F&B Department for a smoother functioning and monitoring and forecasting F&B revenues and expenses to ensure organization’s goals are met.

His other duties include- marketing and promoting all F&B verticals to maximize sales by developing and implementing innovative food promotions, menus and systems and training and managing his fellow colleagues with constant leadership, advice and feedback in an environment of openness.
