Royal Orchid Hotels, which operates 18 properties across the country, has launched Hotel Central Blue Stone in Gurgaon.
The move is part of its strategy to increase its presence in the northern part of the country. Gurgaon was picked as it is the corporate hub of the Delhi National Capital Region, and is conveniently accessible from all the major business and financial centres. The city is also popular for its tourist attractions like Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, National Gandhi Museum and Damdama Lake.
Speaking at the launch, Chander Baljee, Chairman and Managing Director, Royal Orchid Hotels Limited, said, “The Delhi NCR region is reputed for its consistent economical operations. Hence it is an extremely important market for the booming hospitality sector. The upbeat business environment and exceptional growth of Gurgaon is a choice of space to launch new operations. We look at establishing our further presence in the north and Hotel Central Blue Stone assures hospitality at its best in this urbanised city.”
Hotel Central Blue Stone houses 50 deluxe rooms, with the property also offering a chic business centre, a conference-cum-banquet hall with a seating capacity of 150 and a boardroom for business meetings, conferences and other corporate events.
Hotel Central Blue Stone also offers varied gastronomic delights with Pinxx, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and Mix, its signature lounge bar.
