Sandip Garai joins VITS Mumbai as Food & Beverage Manager

He holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management (3 years Diploma) from Calcutta, and has over 14 years’ experience in the industry. Garai joined as opening team member in 1998 at Orbit Park Inn (Jamnagar Gujarat) a 4-star Business Class Hotel managed by Sarovar Park Plaza. In 2000, he moved to Poovar Island Resort, a 5-Star Deluxe Resort as the F&B in-charge. Following which from 2003-2005, he was the Banquet Manager at Cama Park Plaza at Ahmedabad, and in 2005 he was part of the Kamat Hotels India Limited. Garia’s last assignment was at Water Front Shaw Lavasa (Shaw hotels India limited) as food & beverage manager before joining VITS Mumbai
