The Westin Hotels & Resorts Announces Appointment Of Tsuyoshi Saeki as Chef De Cuisine- Japanese

Westin Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Tsuyoshi Saeki as Chef de Cuisine- Japanese at EEST.

Before joining The Westin, Chef Tsuyoshi Saeki was associated with Kyoto, Gurgaon from 2008-2011. Kyoto is a Japanese specialty restaurant where Tsuyoshi was Chef de Cuisine and was accountable for daily operations, banquets and catering of the 100-cover restaurant. It was during his three-year stint with Kyoto that Chef Tsuyoshi gained an extensive insight into the palette of an India connoisseur. Chef Tsuyoshi has worked with numerous celebrated standalone restaurants in Japan including the famed Big Dipper Café and Dining, ‘S’ , Sawa and Chinman as Sous Chef and Head Chef for the F&B production team.
