Starwood Hotels & Resorts awarded The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace for the Highest Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI) score among the Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Asia Pacific Region at the Divisional Award 2011. On the same occasion, Chief Engineer L Ganesan was accorded the ‘President’s Award 2011’ for Outstanding Care for Business.
Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI) is a survey carried out by a third party to know the degree of guests’ overall experience and satisfaction with the product and services received during their stay at the hotel.
Ganesan has been with The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace for over a year and has brought in improvements in productivity and cost reduction with his innovative ideas. This directly has improved profitability and sustainability of the business. His success lies in training his associates and ensuring that his associates monitor the implemented measures on a daily basis!
