According to news reports, Air Arabia has launched a mobile ticket booking application for Apple devices, stated a release. With this, the Middle East Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) became the first airline in the UAE to develop an iPhone booking management application. The Air Arabia iOS App, which can be downloaded for free from the App Store, allows passengers to purchase tickets, review and amend bookings and select seats using their iPhone. It also offers connectivity to the airline’s website and call centres, as well as access to travel information.
The iOS application allows customers to book tickets, manage bookings and add services through iPhones. The airline’s iOS App follows the recent launch of its mobile website, which allows passengers to access the features of www.airarabia.com from any smartphone, anywhere in the world.

The airline places great importance on leveraging new technologies to enhance the overall experience of flying with Air Arabia. Our new application for iPhone will now make it even easier for our passengers to interact with us, while keeping Air Arabia at the forefront of deploying smartphone technology in the Middle East aviation sector,” said Adel Ali, CEO, Air Arabia Group.
