A part of the hospitality industry for over 13 years, Mr. Chugh has worked with some of the industry’s most prominent brands like Courtyard by Marriott Chennai as the Director Food & Beverage for two years and as an Assistant Director Food & Beverage at Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa and Grand Hyatt Delhi.

He possesses a flexible approach towards work and is known for his excellent organizational and inter-personal skills. His key responsibility is to set food & beverage objectives and guidelines, review day to day operations of the hotel and ensure high standards of service quality of restaurants, lounges, room service and other functions of the hotel.

Mr. Chugh is a certified hospitality trainer and has pursued his diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Management from International Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkota.

In his free time, he enjoys cooking and experimenting with new flavours and ingredients. Mr. Chugh also loves bringing a canvas alive through painting and sketching.
