Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, will introduce a food festival on select flights on the Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi sector for its Première guests, tracing the timeless essence of traditional Indian cuisine. The week long food festival, beginning November 1, 2012 is a part of the airline’s catering program – “Restaurants in the Sky”, and will take its guests on a culinary exploration and celebration of food, culture, and tradition, offering guests an authentic dining experience in its own signature style.
Jet Airways will present menus from exclusive restaurants on board select flights between Mumbai and Delhi, from November 1 to 8, 2012. The onboard festival is an exploration of the wonderful diversity of the rich yet delicate flavors of Indian cuisine. Veteran chefs have exclusively created and designed delectable fare for this in-flight food festival, which is being organized for the very first time. Having created a unique and diverse menu for its Première guests, the renowned chefs spent several months adapting and testing their specialties, inspired by select menus from restaurants like “Ziya” from The Oberoi, Mumbai, and “Amaranta” and “Three Sixty One° ” from The Oberoi, Gurgaon.
As part of the airline’s continuous endeavor to offer world class service to its guests, a range of varied and delectable Indian menu options will be offered onboard Jet Airways’ Première (Business) class on flights 9W 351/309/361 from Mumbai and 9W 306/352/354/312 from Delhi.
