Kanchit Vongvichai Appointed as Chef de Cuisine, The Westin Gurgaon

Chef-Kanchit-VongvichaiThe Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi has appointed Kanchit Vongvichai as Chef de Cuisine – Thai at EEST. Prior to this, he was associated with MakMak Thai restaurant in Montreal, Canada, where he was the master Thai Chef.

Chef Vongvichai on getting this new responsibility said, “I am extremely pleased to be taking on this role as EEST. I look forward to ensuring an inimitable Thai dining experience for Asian connoisseurs that is seamless and worth coming back to.”

Chef Kanchit Vongvichai possesses over 30 years of culinary experience and has worked with hotel chains and F&B brands such as ISDA (Hyderabad), Vongwong (Mumbai), Ego Thai (New Delhi), Sofitel Wanda Chengdu (Sichuan), Miniburi (Colombia), and Best Western Fortune (Thailand), among others.
