Rajat Tuli the new Director Food & Beverages, DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon

Chef Rajat TuliExecutive Chef Rajat Tuli was recently appointed as the Director Food & Beverages, Double Tree by Hilton Gurgaon. As Director, Food & Beverage, Rajat will oversee the complete management and operations of Food and Beverage at the hotel and facilities including three restaurants: Food Store, an all-day café and deli Asia Alive, the South East Asian specialty restaurant and Casablanca, Delhi NCR’s only specialty Moroccan restaurant; bar: Spiritual, the gastro bar and lounge, In-room Dining, and catering & banquet operations.

Before taking up this new role, Rajat was the Executive Chef of Doubletree by Hilton Gurgaon – Delhi NCR and has completed five years with Hilton Worldwide India and during his tenure he has played key role in setting up the F&B process in other Hilton Hotels in India including, Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree by Hilton Mayur Vihar, Hilton Chennai, Hampton Vadodra.
