Umesh Dala Appointed Assistant F&B Manager, Courtyard by Marriott

Umesh-DalalAccording to news reports, Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon has appointed Umesh Dalal as Assistant F&B Manager. He will be responsible for looking after the operations of the F&B unit and will assume responsibility of its sales, profitability, and performance.

Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon, Dalal served as an Assistant F&B Operations Manager at Royal Horseguards Hotel, London and was associated with organisations like the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, The Claridges Hotels and Resorts, and Thistle Hotels UK. He graduated in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh, Scotland UK.

Dalal has experience in the national and international front, and is trained across delivery functions. He has been trained at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), London and has certifications in Guest Relations Management, First Aid, Health and Safety among others.
